This Original Organic Brand Is Experiencing a Revival on TikTok—12 Products That Are Always Sold Out
If you're a millennial like me who spent your teenage years wandering the mall regularly, you likely recall being irresistibly attracted to your nearby, strongly-scented Lush store. Always bustling with people and filled with products in every hue imaginable, it was a true treat to leave with even one or two items from this massively popular shop. Lush originated in the UK during the '90s and quickly gained popularity based on the principle of primarily using organic ingredients in its products, combined with a few safe synthetics. Essentially, Lush was a pioneer in clean beauty. Nowadays, while there are many fantastic organic brands available, Lush is experiencing a revival, largely due to platforms like TikTok that beautifully showcase the playful and whimsical qualities of its offerings. After all, the creators of this brand effectively invented the bath bomb—*the* ideal item for quality self-care content. Alongside the explosion of social media, I’ve recently reconnected with some classic Lush favorites, and I have also discovered some new items that I’ve completely fallen for. I couldn't resist asking the brand for details on the products that seem to fly off the shelves. For every product that both fans of the brand and I can’t live without, keep scrolling. I’m sharing it all below.
Lush's Best-Selling Products of All Time
Lush
Sticky Dates Shower Gel
It's obvious why this shower gel is a perennial best-seller for the brand. It’s a dream for any gourmand lover, featuring notes of organic date syrup and vanilla. In fact, even stars from Love Island: USA, such as Leah Kateb, regard it as a crucial body care essential. I also adore this scent; it’s one of my favorite shower gels because it feels so silky and moisturizing on the skin, and when paired with the lotion, the lovely sweet aroma lingers long after a shower.
Lush
Intergalactic Bath Bomb
Since Lush essentially created the bath bomb, it's not surprising that fans are devoted to the brand's Intergalactic Bomb. This remains the top-selling bomb of all time as it offers a refreshing and minty experience with aromatherapy oils like peppermint, grapefruit, and cedarwood. Fans choose it for the relaxation it provides and stay for the mesmerizing neon colors and popping candy inside. (Yes, that’s correct.) It’s also a personal favorite of mine, and I completely understand the excitement surrounding it. It brings me immense joy to see my own little galaxy explode in the tub. It acts as an instant mood booster, which is why I try to stock up on it whenever possible.
Lush
Dream Cream Body Lotion
This best-selling product is a favorite among those with sensitive, reactive skin—myself included. "Dream Cream is filled with a soothing blend of oat milk, lavender, and chamomile," the brand stated. "It’s gentle enough for even the most sensitive skin. Olive oil and cocoa butter are excellent for softening dry or chapped skin, and rose absolute helps reduce redness and irritation." I can vouch for this body lotion’s miraculous healing effects. My skin is prone to acne and redness, but whenever I apply it after a shower, I notice that any redness fades almost immediately. It’s incredibly soothing and has never caused any reaction for me.
Lush
Ultrabland Facial Cleanser
Similar to all Lush products, this oil-based cleanser is made for sensitive skin. People love it for its creamy consistency, and the formulation was based on the original makeup remover (which icons like Marilyn Monroe have adored) called cold cream. According to the brand, cold cream was developed nearly 2000 years ago by a Greek physician named Galen. While many major cosmetics brands now include lanolin and mineral oils to make it easier to mass-produce, Lush opts for sensitive skin-friendly, gentle ingredients such as honey, rose water, and almond oil.
Lush
Super Milk Conditioning Hair Primer
This leave-in conditioner is beloved by those with curly and coily hair types. It contains hydrating and softening ingredients like almond milk, coconut milk, oat milk, and lemon juice to enhance shine. The brand noted that it has been its number one seller for two consecutive years.
This was among the first products I ever tried from Lush, and it remains a go-to for me. It’s minty, refreshing, and feels like the ultimate at-home spa experience. Kaolin clay deeply cleanses pores while aduki beans provide gentle exfoliation, and honey leaves my skin feeling calm and moisturized afterward. I enjoy using it at least twice a week to refresh my ultra-sensitive skin. It effectively clears out congestion, giving my stronger exfoliants a break. It’s such a delight for the skin, and I can certainly understand why it continues to be a sought-after item for the brand.
This exfoliating bar is incredibly cute. It’s a honey buffer that exfoliates and hydrates
