I’m not kidding, this new concealer is essentially a blurring skin filter packed into a bottle.

Is it just me, or is it nearly impossible to find a decent concealer? High-coverage options often feel heavy on my skin, while lighter formulas hardly help with my dark circles (believe me, I've experimented with numerous under-eye concealers). Furthermore, it seems that every formula tends to crease after a few hours. Even as a beauty editor with access to countless samples, I’ve still found it challenging to locate the ideal formula. Therefore, when I first heard about the new Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Blur Concealer, I didn’t even bother to test it, assuming it would be like all the others. However, a few weeks post-launch, it seemed like everyone I knew was raving about its quality. I asked a friend, “Is it truly worth the hype?” and she emphatically said yes. My friends typically don’t exaggerate, so I decided to do what any beauty journalist would do and try it for myself. I won’t give away the entire review, but if I had to sum up this product in one word, it would be wow. It feels like a blurring skin filter in a bottle. Read on for more details about it and everything else you need to know regarding the Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Blur Concealer review.

The Formula: Let’s get into it. This is a lightweight, high-coverage, hydrating concealer (yes, really), which the brand claims offers 24 hours of creaseless wear. While I haven’t worn it for a full 24 hours, I can confirm a couple of things. Firstly, the coverage is impressive. So impressive that you only need a tiny bit to cover your entire face. Secondly, this concealer feels incredibly creamy and hydrating. Tilbury describes it as her "elastic-stretch" formula, and I can't think of a more fitting term. It contains hyaluronic acid and squalane, so even my extremely dry under-eyes welcome this product. It’s designed with dark circles, blemishes, redness, pores, and pigmentation in mind, and similar to the Airbrush Flawless Foundation, it provides a beautifully blurring effect. Plus, it comes in 34 shades, featuring a broad range of cool, neutral, and warm undertones.

The Application: The wand features a unique diamond-shaped applicator that makes it easy to apply to the skin. However, as previously mentioned, a little of this concealer goes a long way, so I suggest dotting it on rather than doing a full swipe. Interestingly, the wand also has a "precision Micro-Dot tip," which makes the application quick and straightforward. I used both a makeup brush and my fingers to blend it out, and found both methods worked equally well.

The Verdict: So, what’s the final verdict? I didn’t expect to say this, but I am genuinely fond of this product. I haven’t found a concealer that provides such high coverage while still feeling light and natural on the skin. Being someone who prefers “no makeup” looks but also deals with breakouts and severely dark circles, this concealer has managed to combine a weightless formula with a blurring effect, which is quite difficult to achieve. That said, I do think it’s easy to overdo it with this product. When I first tried it, I applied too much and noticed some caking and creasing throughout the day, but I have since learned to adjust my application. To get the most from this formula, I recommend starting with a small amount and building up from there. Honestly, I’m not certain if any concealer can be completely crease-proof, but I’d say this one comes very close.
