      Forbes Woman Award is one of the most prestigious awards, annually recognizing the achievements of women in business, culture, science, and innovation. In 2026, the designer with 17 years of experience, Irina Stankevich, is competing for the title of "Best Business Solution."

      Irina's journey to creating her own bureau has been consistent and natural. She honed her craft for years, studying in Russia and abroad, assembling a team of trusted contractors and suppliers, until she arrived at the creation of the Interior Design Studio. Since 2025, her team has reached a new level, positioning itself as an Architectural Bureau. "This was not a one-time decision," says Irina. "It is a very thoughtful, logical, and natural process of my growth and that of my entire team."

      In 2026, Irina Stankevich's design bureau was awarded the international United Talents Award 2026 at the Saint Petersburg Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the category "For creating interiors that enhance the investment attractiveness of the property."       Today, the bureau's portfolio includes projects ranging from intimate Moscow apartments to complex A-class houses. One of Irina's significant achievements in her practice is the implementation of a country residence on the Novorizhskoye Highway in the Moscow region. Through constructive and engineering solutions, smart zoning, ergonomics, and style, they managed to increase the market value of the property by more than 50%.

      The uniqueness of Irina Stankevich's approach lies in her personal experience on both sides of the process: as a designer and as a client. "I am very familiar with the fears, difficulties, and needs of clients," she explains. "Together with the client, we design not just an interior; we create life scenarios." The result is comfortable, respectable, and intuitively understandable interiors that work for the owner every day.

      Irina perceives her participation in the Forbes Woman award not as a status but as a marker of her journey and responsibility. "In architecture, it is important to have a voice—this profession has long been conservative and male-dominated in spirit. Such an award is also about visibility: there are more women in the industry, and their influence is growing. If your work is recognized at this level, it means you are already influencing—on the environment, on the team, on clients. And that is a responsibility," summarizes Irina Stankevich.
