Chocolate Festival, Tetris Day, and Self-Care: the "Impulse TNF" festival on Saturdays at "Dream Island"

The cultural and entertainment cluster "Island of Dreams," in collaboration with the TechnoScientific educational platform, continues the summer festival "Impulse TNF" and presents the program for July's themed Saturdays. Events dedicated to chocolate, legendary games, and family health will take place in the southern landscape park on July 11, 18, and 25. Admission is free.

July 11 — Chocolate Day — a true journey into the world of flavors, science, and healthy habits.

The day's program will kick off with a lecture by a dietitian who will share secrets of healthy eating and explain how to form healthy eating habits without strict restrictions. One of the central events will be a meeting with the famous chocolatier, brand chef, and instructor at ROSBIOTECH, Inga Belyaeva. Together with her, guests will embark on a journey through the history of chocolate spanning over three thousand years and debunk the most popular myths about this beloved treat.

Participants will also learn how coffee beans are grown, how caffeine affects the brain, and why many common beliefs about coffee are outdated. The most active guests will be treated to fun starts, quizzes, and sweet prizes.

July 18 — Tetris Birthday — a world of games, logic, and modern technologies.

Guests can expect a rich gaming program: an introduction to traditional Korean games, a game library from the State Darwin Museum featuring the best board games from the "Pictophant" project, created in collaboration with the National Institute of Design with the support of the Vladimir Potanin Charitable Foundation. Technology enthusiasts can participate in a robotics workshop where they will try to create their own video game, and the day will conclude with an interactive program based on Russian fairy tales featuring riddles and games that will provide a new perspective on familiar plots.

      July 25 — Health Day.

This day will focus on psychological well-being. It will begin with a lecture on how to establish healthy personal boundaries with children and create trusting relationships within the family. The program will continue with interactive workshops led by psychologists from the "Road of Life" charitable foundation. In a playful manner, children will learn to recognize their emotions, cope with anxiety, say "no," ask for help, and support those around them.

Active lifestyle enthusiasts can look forward to a championship sports warm-up, and the day will conclude with a lecture on sports psychology dedicated to developing psychological literacy, first psychological aid skills, and an introduction to the profession of sports psychologist.

Throughout the day, interactive stations for children and parents of various ages will be available. Participants will be able to complete gaming tasks together, share family stories, get to know each other better, and develop communication skills in a light and engaging format.

"We are convinced that the brightest discoveries begin with curiosity. That is why the 'Island of Dreams' consistently develops educational projects that combine leisure, science, and modern educational formats. The 'Impulse TNF' festival is an opportunity to learn about interesting professions, ask experts questions, try something new, and spend the summer not only having fun but also productively," notes Yulia Romantseva, marketing manager of the leisure and entertainment zone of the "Island of Dreams."

"Impulse TNF" is a series of free interactive events for children, teenagers, and their parents, created by the "Island of Dreams" in collaboration with the TechnoScientific educational platform (TNF). Throughout the summer, the program will be supplemented with new themed days.

Every Saturday, guests can look forward to expert lectures, science shows, workshops, gaming programs, and meetings with representatives of various professions — from astronauts and doctors to engineers, athletes, and science popularizers. The project helps to show that learning can be not only useful but also truly exciting.

All events are free. Admission is free.

The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the schedule and content of the festive program. In case of bad weather, events may be moved to the urban promenade space at "Moscow" square.
