The opening of the restaurant "Uryuk" at VDNH: a stylish place with Middle Eastern hospitality

      On July 2, the restaurant "Uryuk" was opened at VDNH, in the territory of the "Sun of Moscow" complex – a new bright chapter in the history of Anton Viner's projects. Inspired by the warmth and generosity of Middle Eastern hospitality, the restaurant will take its place among the favorite leisure spots for Muscovites.

      "Uryuk" at VDNH offers a fresh perspective and bold rethinking: as in other projects by Anton Viner launched in recent years, the usual templates have been abandoned to create a stylish space for energetic and modern people. On the opening evening, the general director of the restaurant holding Anton Lyanda and brand chef Alexey Podlesny greeted the first guests, among whom were popular influencers Anastasia Krainova, Lena Chervova, Anton Bogoslavsky, Regina Rakhimova, Anna Tins, Alexander Losev, Yana Egoryan, and Ariadna Tishova.

      The gastronomic journey began with mezze sets, continued with kutabs filled with lamb, cheese, and herbs, juicy Uzbek and Caucasian shashliks, a fresh avocado salad, and aromatic samsa with chicken and lamb. The main culinary highlight of the evening was the chef's signature pilaf. The celebration concluded with the ceremonial presentation of the "Medovik" cake.

      The atmosphere of the evening was set by Ruben Mkhtaryan – one of the best hosts in the country, ranked in the top 100 in Russia. DJ Reed Laurent was in charge of the DJ booth, while Ilkhom Tagirov – a semifinalist of "The Voice-10," participant of the "Brighter than Stars" program, and laureate of international competitions – performed on stage throughout the evening.

      Guests were provided not only with treats and a musical program but also with entertainment: raffles and an unusual master class – everyone could create their own keychain on a 3D printer based on their sketch. Guests received gifts from partners: the city project "Sun of Moscow," the manufacturer of massage and fitness equipment Yamaguchi, the Legenda sea resort hotel (formerly Imeretinsky), the ice cream brand "Chistaya Liniya," and the 3D printing studio Morphica.
