      The main guideline is naturalness, in which plastic looks imperceptible.

      What is going out of fashion?

      Current trends exclude any extremes. They become obsolete: — Excessive volume of thighs and breasts. — Excess fillers, creating the effect of a "pumped up" face. — Aggressive facelifts that alter facial expressions and natural facial expressions.

      Outrageous and sexy are preserved, but only with the preservation of natural harmony. If the changes are noticeable, it means that they are no longer in fashion. Now plastic surgery is aimed at improving, rather than radically changing the appearance.
