      On March 24, Anton Wiener's flagship GRAND Apricot restaurant on Leningradsky Prospekt hosted the #Probeauty Brunch, an event with the participation of experts and star guests.       After expert presentations and informal communication, the guests were offered a master class by Alexey Podlesnykh, brand chef of the Uryuk restaurants. Under the strict guidance of the chef, the star guests prepared very delicious dishes: baked sugar marrow seeds with aromatic herbs on the grill and wild sea bass ceviche with crushed cherry tomatoes, daikon and coriander greens. The final point in the master class was made by grilled haloumi cheese, which was served with avocado, tabouleh salad and raspberry sauce.
