The newest version of TikTok's most popular hair tool has surpassed all of my expectations.
As a beauty editor who tests hair dryers and hot brushes nearly every week for work, one might assume I’m skilled at doing my hair. However, when it comes to using my hair dryer with a round brush, I tend to be quite clumsy. I once managed to get a round brush so stuck in my hair that I had to cut it out—I've learned my lesson. Fortunately, there are now many wet-to-dry hot brushes available that allow for easy drying and styling in a single step. The latest one I’ve been trying out over the past month is Revlon's One-Step Multi Air Styler (£60). This tool is the newest addition to Revlon's hair tool collection following the viral success of the One-Step Volumiser (£50) on TikTok. Curious to know if the Revlon One-Step Multi Air Styler is worth it? Keep reading for my candid review and photos of the new hot brush.

**Cons:**

**The Attachments:**
What distinguishes this from the classic One-Step Volumizer is the inclusion of five attachments designed to help you achieve multiple looks:
- **32 mm vented curler:** Creates loose curls while drying, with ceramic tourmaline for smooth results. It functions similarly to a traditional curling tong but uses hot air for styling.
- **64 mm oval brush:** This large oval brush provides volume and a classic blow-dry bounce from root to tip. It's the same attachment featured on the One-Step Volumizer, crafted with ceramic titanium coating for a smooth finish. Its shape facilitates easy access to the roots for added volume.
- **38 mm round brush:** This ceramic-coated brush is perfect for shaping layers, styling fringes, and refreshing your look between washes.
- **Paddle brush:** Smooths and detangles for a straight, sleek appearance. Its size allows for quick drying and smoothing of large hair sections.
- **Root-drying concentrator:** This attachment has comb teeth that help dry roots before styling while adding volume.
**The Round Brush:**
The round brush boasts very soft bristles that polish and shape your hair while adding shine as you work it through your lengths. I prefer using it when my hair is about 80-90% dry to help shape my layers. It's great for re-styling your fringe or adding flicks between washes. I love the smooth shine and silkiness it imparts to my hair.
**The Vented Curler:**
This vented curling tong operates like traditional curling wands but blows hot air to dry and style at the same time. Although I usually favor a curling wand due to the fiddliness of the tong's clamp, after some practice, I achieved lovely, lasting curls, making it worthwhile.
**The Oval Brush:**
The oval brush is the same iconic attachment as in the original One-Step Volumizer, and I found it impressive. If you're after volume and bounce akin to a supermodel's blowout, this attachment will not disappoint. The oval design makes it easy to reach the roots, and its size enables you to dry and style larger sections quickly. This is particularly beneficial if, like me, you have very long, thick hair. After rough-drying, I styled my hair in under 15 minutes.
**The Paddle Brush:**
The paddle brush is among my favorite attachments. Its large size simplifies both drying and smoothing. The combination of hard and soft bristles provides just the right amount of tension to smooth and add shine as I glide it through my hair. It didn’t tug or snag and left my hair feeling silky with a noticeable shine. It didn't make my hair perfectly straight but rather added smoothness without eliminating my natural soft waves.
**The Root Concentrator:**
Lastly, the root concentrator may not seem like the most exciting attachment, but it’s extremely practical. One of my main frustrations with wet-to-dry stylers has been needing to dry the roots first, which can be tough with a round brush. This attachment eliminates the need to reach for a hairdryer and makes it easier to dry my roots before finishing with the other attachments. It’s also handy for adding volume at the roots and smoothing flyaways.
**The Verdict:**
I’m genuinely impressed with this wet-to-dry
