The Leggings I Rely On, Along with What’s Truly Worth Purchasing This Month
It has certainly been a hectic month! I spent the majority of February and March traveling for fashion week events in London, Milan, and Paris. I was amazed at my ability to pack efficiently, like a pro with a capsule wardrobe, into just one suitcase. I'm not typically inclined towards basics and minimalism, so I carefully curated (albeit with some effort) a selection of separates that could be styled into multiple outfits (every piece needed to create at least two looks, but ideally more), a color scheme that allowed for mixing and matching, outerwear to cope with the unpredictable weather, and an abundance of accessories to add flair to each outfit in diverse ways. Upon returning, I immediately jumped into the launch of our inaugural supper club, which called for meticulous outfit planning (more details on that below). I recorded a podcast, participated in multiple fashion shoots, engaged in numerous video calls and meetings where I had to appear polished, and tried on everything I could find at Massimo Dutti during our Great Try-On week. It has definitely tested my wardrobe, but I've repeatedly returned to some staple pieces these past weeks, which I want to share with you now. I hope they prove as useful to you as they have to me. Remember, feel free to ask me anything about style and I'll do my best to answer your questions through this newsletter. Here’s What I’m Loving This Month
1. I CAN'T STOP RAVING ABOUT: Malina
Style Notes: At our first Who What Wear UK monthly supper club, Excellent Taste, I was pleasantly surprised by how many guests inquired about my suit. I aimed to wear something that felt sophisticated given the setting (we took over a private space at the beautiful La Petite Maison in Mayfair, adorned with gorgeous flowers from Rebel Rebel, and I had my makeup done by the Charlotte Tilbury team, so I needed to look my best!) while still being understated for a weekday dinner. This brown suit from the Scandinavian occasionwear brand Malina was the perfect choice. I had also worn it at the British Fashion Awards last year. I can't recommend this independent brand enough—trendy silhouettes, stylish colors, quality fabrics, and a reasonable contemporary price range. It all started with their highly sought-after satin puff-sleeve blouse, but there is much more to discover—a chic satin variant of my sold-out suit is ideal for wedding and event season. Please note, I am 5'1" and had to have the trousers altered (as is customary). I also accessorized with a couple of items from Amazon (shh!) and some leopard-print heels from Ferragamo. You can find it all here…

2. UNDER THE RADAR - FREE PEOPLE LEGGINGS
Style Notes: In those times when I’m not dressed up, I’ve been living in workout gear, trying to fit in a 15-minute Peloton class whenever possible! Do you find you have a lot of fitness clothes but always revert to the same few pieces? Same here. The leggings I’m currently obsessed with are Free People’s Never Better style from their FP Movement line. I feel disappointed when they’re in the wash. After realizing that the newer versions of my original Lululemon favorites didn’t fit or feel the same as when I first got them, I switched to a newer, more affordable option. Yes, they still retail for £88 for the 7/8th crop (perfect for me as a longer legging at 5’1’’) or full-length, so they're not exactly cheap. Still, the fabric is fantastic: lightweight, soft, and not see-through, they stay in place (no more tugging up, hooray!), feature a comfortable waist panel, and come in stylish and unique colors. I love them for intense classes like boxing or spin, but they work just as well for yoga, travel, and leisurely weekends. Don’t just take my word for it, give them a try! I’m a size 12 and purchase a medium. I also recommend FP’s fleece for chilly walks, Hoka sneakers for comfort and bounce, and M&S for low-impact sports bras.

3. ASK HANNAH ANYTHING (about style)
"What color accessories should I wear with a wedding guest outfit?"
Hannah says, "Interestingly, two readers asked me the same question regarding accessory choices for wedding outfits. Naturally, every ensemble
