Pastry chef Zina Ovstein and the Ararat Park Hyatt Moscow hosted an Easter brunch in the capital

      The Ararat Park Hyatt Moscow Hotel, located in the very center of the capital, next to the Bolshoi Theater, just a few steps from Red Square and the business center, teamed up with pastry chef Zina Ovstein to give its guests the atmosphere of an unforgettable holiday.

      

      On April 16, on the eve of Easter, Zina Ovstein gathered charming girls for a family event in the panoramic restaurant-bar "Conservatory" with a magnificent view of the Kremlin. On this sunny day, the guests were waiting for a master class on decorating panettone, a traditional Italian dessert that will decorate the Easter table.The dessert fairy, Zina Ovstein, led the process. She studied at one of the oldest culinary schools in France with chef Gaetan Paris, the winner of the title "Best Baker", and also studied with the legendary Cedric Grolet.Among the guests who participated in the master class were Victoria Daineko, Mariya Kozhevnikova, Kristina Krait, Natalia Karpova, Anna Chernavskikh, Elena Ebadi, Veragolotsutskova and others. Mothers and their children enthusiastically mastered the art of decorating the sofa, creating a festive mood and preparing for Easter.

      

      In addition, as part of this collaboration, exclusively for Ararat Park Hyatt Moscow, Zina Ovstein created a white chocolate egg made according to a French recipe for the Easter holiday. Dessert adorns the window of the hotel's lobby bar and is available for sale to all comers.The event was an occasion to add magic to everyday life, making Easter celebrations special and memorable.
