This budget-friendly Korean skincare brand has debuted at Target—I gave it a try, and my skin has never felt better.
My skin, untouched and authentic, after two months of using Round Lab products. (Image credit: @kaitlyn_mclintock) It's well-known that I love Korean skincare. In fact, around 80% of my routine is made up of K-beauty items. They feature innovative ingredients and effective formulas, along with amazing textures—think lightweight serums, indulgent moisturizers, and refreshing, gel-like masks. Recently, I introduced five new Korean skincare products into my regimen, all from the same affordable brand called Round Lab. Drawing inspiration from Korea's natural scenery, Round Lab utilizes pure, clean ingredients to craft products that are both effective and budget-friendly. The best part? They are now available for purchase at Target in the U.S.
After using these products for two months, my skin has never been happier. My persistent redness has lessened, irritation has disappeared, and even the fine lines around my eyes and mouth have become barely noticeable. Keep scrolling!
Round Lab
1025 Dokdo Cleansing Oil
I begin my nighttime skincare routine with this cleansing oil. Infused with deep-sea water, over 90 minerals, and plant-derived oils (including meadowfoam, grape seed, evening primrose, and avocado), it effortlessly removes sunscreen, makeup, and excess oil. I appreciate that it doesn’t feel heavy or leave any residue. Instead, the lightweight, hydrating oil emulsifies impurities, leaving my skin feeling clean and plump.
Round Lab
1025 Dokdo Cleanser
I always double cleanse to thoroughly eliminate sweat, oil, sunscreen, and makeup (and to prevent blackheads). So, this cleanser comes next. It transforms into a dense, luxurious foam that removes any lingering impurities. Typically, foaming cleansers strip away moisture, leaving the skin feeling dry and tight, but this one is different. It's enriched with panthenol, allantoin, and ceramides that soothe and strengthen the moisture barrier. Moreover, it has a low pH to help restore the skin’s balance of moisture and oil.

1025 Dokdo Toner
This toner may be my favorite product in the entire lineup. Why? Unlike other toners that either exfoliate or hydrate without doing both, this one strikes the perfect balance, thanks to its unique combination of soothing and strengthening ingredients, as well as a naturally derived exfoliating complex. It hydrates my skin while gently refining the surface texture for a smooth, radiant look. And although I have dry skin, I believe those with oily skin will enjoy it just as much, as the formula effectively controls sebum production for a balanced complexion. (Do we sense a theme here?)
Round Lab
Birch Juice Moisturizing Cream
A lightweight gel-like moisturizer that suits both oily and dry skin types? Yes, it exists in the form of Round Lab's Birch Juice Moisturizing Cream. The primary ingredient is birch tree sap, which is anti-inflammatory and rich in antioxidants. Additionally, it contains amino acids, minerals, and glyceryl glucoside, which enhances moisture absorption in the skin, allowing the moisturizer to penetrate further and work more effectively. My skin absorbs it fully.

Birch Juice Moisturizing UV Lock Korean Sunscreen SPF45
Last but definitely not least, I've been enjoying Round Lab's Birch Juice Moisturizing UV Lock Sunscreen. This chemical sunscreen is suitable for all skin types—including dry, oily, and sensitive. It offers SPF 45 protection against blue light while providing intense hydration and antioxidant as well as anti-inflammatory benefits. It has a lightweight, cooling texture, similar to a moisturizer, and it never leaves a white cast. In fact, this might be one of the most transparent, skin-friendly sunscreens I've ever used.
