The Cannes red carpet is famous for encouraging daring fashion and beauty choices, making it an ideal moment for her to unveil a summer hair color. Colorist and OLAPLEX Ambassador Jacob Schwartz was the mastermind behind her transformation. "As Bella attends Cannes every year, it was the perfect occasion to do something significant," he noted in a press release. "Transitioning from brunette to blonde is indeed a big change. Bella is a natural blonde, so referencing childhood photos was very helpful. Using those images along with her skin tone guided us to this stunning, luxurious honey hue. The entire coloring process took two days and a substantial amount of Olaplex. The lengthy and intense chemical treatment relied heavily on her confidence that her hair could endure it and emerge beautifully."
