This designer fragrance may not be widely known, but it is regarded as a fundamental choice within the fashion community.
You’ve likely heard of (or perhaps caught a whiff of) Prada Paradoxe, or maybe you once owned a bottle of Prada Candy. However, there exists a lesser-known line of fragrances from Prada that tends to be overlooked amid the brand’s more popular scents. This line, known as Les Infusions de Prada, has garnered a dedicated following among fashion insiders. With an effortlessly chic and subtle nature, these fragrances do not announce themselves loudly; instead, they whisper. True to their name, each scent "infuses" classic ingredients for a light, fresh, and modern experience. They are incredibly easy to wear, acting almost like a second skin that melds with your natural scent. These are perfumes you wear, rather than being overwhelmed by them. Les Infusions de Prada provide a refreshing alternative to the bold fragrances that frequently dominate the market. They are light and airy, with a hint of mystery and a skin-like dry-down that's distinctly Prada. But do these fragrances live up to their reputation? I’ve tested the entire collection to determine which of the Les Infusions de Prada scents deserve a spot in your collection of lightweight perfumes.

1. Prada Les Infusion d'Iris Eau de Parfum
- Key notes: Iris pallida, neroli, mandarin, benzoin
- Fragrance family: Floral-woody
- My verdict: This may be the most iconic scent in the Infusions lineup (it's also featured in Prada Beauty's skincare range). It’s easy to see why it has achieved classic status. It embodies the fragrance equivalent of a crisp white shirt—clean, slightly woody, and soapy, with an airy powdery quality from the iris that blends seamlessly into your skin. It evokes the scent of fresh sheets and luxury hand soap. It’s a gentle fragrance that's suitable for various settings, perfect for those who find many scents overwhelming. While it may not be highly detectable to those around you, it creates a subtle scent aura that lingers on the skin for hours.
2. Prada Les Infusion de Figue Eau De Parfum
- Key notes: Mandarin, fig accord, lentisk, galbanum
- Fragrance family: Fruity-woody
- My verdict: I adore fig fragrances, and Prada’s interpretation becomes more appealing as you wear it. Initially, I wasn’t captivated, but it quickly grew on me as it settled. It opens with the bitter green notes of fig leaves and woody bark post-rain, leading into a creamy, milky fig that has ripened under the Mediterranean sun as it mingles with your skin. Although I typically shy away from fruity scents, Figue has earned a special place on my dressing table due to its woody green twist.
3. Prada Les Infusion de Rhubarbe Eau De Parfum
- Key notes: Vert de bergamot, Italian green mandarin, bitter orange, rhubarb, rose, white musk, ambrofix
- Fragrance family: Fruity
- Our verdict: The newest addition to the Les Infusions de Prada line is Rhubarbe. On the first spritz, you’re greeted with the crispness of freshly cut rhubarb stalks combined with a hint of jammy sweetness. This lively fragrance makes an excellent summer scent, presenting a juicy sweetness paired with a refreshing green bite that avoids being overly sweet. It sparkles, is creamy, and remains delightfully bright.
4. Prada Infusion de Vétiver Eau de Parfum
- Key notes: Bergamot, ginger, vetiver, cardamom
- Fragrance family: Woody-spicy
- My verdict: This is a Prada take on vetiver that is earthy, grassy, and woody. Typically, vetiver scents are more common among men, but this version feels androgynous. I can easily imagine both myself and my boyfriend wearing it. It opens with bright and soapy bergamot alongside a zing of ginger, then transitions to grassy, dry vetiver. Since trying it, I’ve noticed this one to be one of the most pronounced and enduring fragrances in the Inf
