This isn't due to a dislike for these products, but rather because I seldom encounter a body mist that truly impresses me. That changed, however, when I found a specific product from Fenty Beauty. Rihanna's renowned beauty line is celebrated for its stunning complexion products and extraordinary lip glosses, but the fragrances should also be appreciated. The brand initially had a singular bestselling perfume, but earlier this year, Rihanna launched a new version that is much lighter and fresher. In fact, whenever I wear this fragrance, people often say I smell like fresh laundry on a summer day. It is definitely one of the best clean-smelling perfumes. Crafted in Grasse by top perfumer Jacques Cavallier-Belletrud, this fragrance distinguishes itself from others with its captivating olfactory journey starting from the first spritz. The notes of magnolia provide a creamy, powdery opening, immediately evoking that fresh laundry scent, complemented by hints of citrusy tangerine. Then, the rich, spicy undertones of Bulgarian rose emerge, enveloping your senses in warm, skin-like musks.
The Longevity
It goes without saying that body mists typically don’t last as long as perfumes. Most body mists tend to be lighter and meant for reapplication throughout the day. However, thanks to the rich, warm notes in this fragrance, it holds impressively well on the skin. While I still carry the bottle for occasional spritzing, it's definitely more potent than you'd anticipate.

Typically, I wouldn’t expect a body mist to be so stylish, but this Fenty one has surpassed my expectations. If I didn’t know better, I could easily mistake this bottle for a luxury perfume. Plus, it comes in a 30ml size, making it convenient to take on the go.
The Verdict
As you can likely tell, I am quite fond of this fragrance. While it’s a bit pricier than your average body mist, it looks high-end and has a luxurious scent. If you’re on the lookout for a versatile scent that works for both hair and body, this is an excellent choice.
