The 7 Virtues Prize Draw: Rules & Regulations

      **WHO WHAT WEAR x THE 7 VIRTUES PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS**

      1. The Who What Wear x The 7 Virtues prize draw (the “Promotion”) is organized and managed by Future Publishing Limited, operating as WHO WHAT WEAR, incorporated in England and Wales with company number 02008885 and a registered office located at Quay House, The Ambury, Bath, BA1 1UA (the “Promoter”).

      2. The Promotion is governed by the following terms and conditions. By entering, participants are considered to have read and accepted these terms. The Promoter reserves the right to deny entry or prize awards to anyone violating these terms.

      3. The Promotion is open to residents of the UK who are aged eighteen (18) years and older, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, and anyone associated with the administration of this Promotion.

      4. This Promotion will commence on Saturday, 31st May 2025, and conclude at midnight on Wednesday, 4th June 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).

      5. The Promotion consists of one (1) prize draw that includes 8 bottles of The 7 Virtues fragrance, 1 tote bag, 1 book, and 1 Discovery Set. A giveaway post will be shared by or on behalf of the Promoter through its social media channels (each a “Platform” @whowhatwear.uk & @the7virtues) on 31st May 2025.

      6. Entry into the Prize Draw is free, and participants will be entered following successful completion of the Promoter’s entry requirements during the specified Entry Period (as detailed in Schedule 1), which includes:

       6.1. For entries via Instagram: (i) follow the @whowhatwear.uk and @the7virtues accounts, and (ii) like the post; (iii) tag at least one friend aged eighteen (18) years or older in the comments. Each comment counts as an entry, and additional entries can be earned by re-sharing the post on the participant's Instagram story.

      7. Participants may submit an unlimited number of entries on each Platform for the Prize Draw, by repeating the requirements in section 6(iii). Only entries made during the designated Entry Period will be accepted.

      8. A single prize winner (the “Prize Winner”) will be randomly chosen from the valid entries through a computer process within three (3) days following the end of the Entry Period.

      9. Prize Winners will be informed via a direct message from the Promoter’s official @whowhatwear.uk account, notifying them of their win within the timeframe specified in section 8, through the Platform they used to enter.

      10. Prize Winners must claim their prize within thirty (30) days of being notified. Failure to claim the prize within this period will result in forfeiture, and the Promoter reserves the right (but is not obligated) to award the prize to another participant.

      12. The Promoter may condition the awarding of a Prize on the Prize Winner providing satisfactory proof of identity, age, and/or address to verify eligibility for the Prize Draw.

      13. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.

      14. The Promoter maintains the right to substitute a Prize with another of equal or greater value should circumstances requiring such a change arise.

      15. The Promoter reserves the right to postpone, void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion if deemed necessary. Any revisions to a Prize or these terms will be made available at https://www.whowhatwear.com/uk.

      16. Entries from agents, third parties, organized groups, or those generated automatically by computers will not be accepted. Incomplete or corrupted entries will also be disqualified. Entries not made within the Promotion Period or that do not adhere to the entry instructions and terms will be rejected.

      17. The Promoter must publish or make available information that confirms a valid award occurred. To meet this requirement, the Promoter will provide the surname and county of the Prize Winner, and, if applicable, copies of their winning entry, to anyone who emails [ukassistant [email protected]] or writes to Future Publishing Limited at Quay House, The Ambury, Bath, BA1 1UA (including a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the Promotion Period. Should a participant object to their surname, county, or winning entry being published, they should contact the Promoter at [[email protected]]. However, the Promoter is still obligated to provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.

      18. Personal data provided during this prize draw will be processed in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy. Refer to section 17 regarding the announcement of Prize Winners.
