      I recently mentioned that Margaret Qualley was in Rome, which isn’t particularly newsworthy. However, she was wearing the perfect outfit for an Italian getaway: a lovely maxi dress paired with flat shoes. I still support that observation as it represents a classic vacation look. Yet, after seeing Diane Kruger photographed in Rome, I am excited to suggest an entirely different style for holiday attire. It featured black flared trousers, a black tunic, and black heeled sandals. This ensemble is a smart addition to a European holiday packing list since it occupies minimal space like a maxi dress, suits a variety of daytime and evening events, and can be mixed and matched with many other pieces in your luggage. Plus, she looks incredibly chic.
