LAYLI opened her heart in the new track "Fly" — an honest conversation about pain and hope
Young singer LAYLI, known for hits "Now Now" and "Lose Control," has released a heartfelt song called "Fly," in which she openly shares her past for the first time.
The song is dedicated to the struggles she faced on her life journey: her parents' divorce, moving to a different country, and coming of age through trials:
"People often don't realize that behind success and results lies immense hard work, fears, pain, tears. Because they only see the final outcome. But with this track, I wanted to show that I am just like many others who at some point found themselves at a crossroads and asked themselves: what’s next?" — says LAYLI.
The track was created over several years — the singer rewrote the lyrics multiple times, striving for maximum sincerity. Her team and producer helped craft the arrangement, each investing a piece of their faith in the artist.
"Fly" differs from LAYLI's previous work: it's not a dance hit but a deep lyrical story. However, the singer does not rule out the possibility of releasing such tracks in the future — because music should "warm people's hearts."
"I think it's hard to write songs like this every month because they are too personal. But I really hope this track will mark the beginning of something big in my creative journey, because I know how important it is to have someone who believes in you when you’re completely exhausted," shares the singer.
