Ashley Olsen Has Revived This Outfit Essential From Her NYU College Years.
I’m certain that any fashion-forward millennial would agree with me that Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen's outfits from their NYU days around 2004 were iconic. The only things more prominent than their oversized, bug-eyed sunglasses were their signature Venti Starbucks beverages. Suddenly, everyone started layering up and desiring Balenciaga bags in an effort to emulate the stylish twins (myself included). Although they maintain a low profile these days, we were recently treated to a new photo of Ashley out in New York City.
In this latest image, Ashley sports one of her most recognizable accessories from her NYU era: a large scarf. Both sisters were known for wearing this item in every season, not just during the expected winters. For example, Ashley infamously paired this typically cold-weather accessory with a tank top and sandals. Today, she donned a printed scarf even with temperatures reaching 84 degrees. Now that’s dedication. Check out Ashley Olsen's mid-September outfit below.
