The central event of the evening was a meeting with world champion in energy practices Christos Theodoropoulos. Christos is the creator of original methods that combine Shaolin Kung Fu, Taiji and Qigong techniques; he travelled a long road before achieving the status of a globally recognized master. In 2017 Christos trained at the Shaolin Monastery, where he became a certified specialist in working with Qi energy for human health and wellbeing.
