My current obsession with manicures? Chiffon nails, a stylish and slightly modern twist on classic neutrals. Experts say this trend is already becoming prevalent in autumn nail styles and, given its ability to complement elegant floor-length dresses and Victorian ruffles, it's sure to stick around throughout the winter.       What Are Chiffon Nails? Picture a flowing piece of chiffon fabric. Observe its smooth, sheer texture with a hint of shimmer—now apply that exact effect to your nail color. Just like the refined material, chiffon nails are light and delicate with just enough frosty sheen to catch the light (but not too glittery). "Nails always reflect fashion!" shared celebrity nail artist Elle Gerstein regarding fall nail colors, noting that this airy fabric was prominently featured on the A/W 25 runways. It makes sense that nail trends would follow suit, shifting towards subtly frosted neutrals. "It's a fall evolution from the summer's soap trend, which emphasizes clean nails and well-moisturized, glowing skin," Gerstein adds.
