Alyona Savyuk presented her original UQ method at PSYCOACH EXPO 2025 in Moscow.

      On November 20–22, the annual psychology and coaching exhibition PsyCoach Expo 2025 took place in Moscow, becoming a focal point for professionals, coaches, psychotherapists and everyone interested in psychology, inner practices and personal development. One of the notable participants was Alyona Savyuk — Candidate of Psychological Sciences, artist, business trainer, creator of the UQ method ("Intelligence of the Unconscious") and founder of the "Soul Speaks to Soul" project.

      On November 22, Alyona presented an original lecture titled "The Intelligence of the Unconscious: How Body, Soul and Spirit Restore Quality of Life and Inner Meaning," in which she outlined an approach to working with internal resources and shared practical tools for restoring wholeness. The hall was completely full and the audience highly praised the presentation. The lecture concluded with a practice-meditation called "The State of Wholeness."

      Throughout all three days of the exhibition, Alyona engaged with visitors at the "Presence Space" booth, where they could receive quick assessments, work with MAK cards, try meditation practices and obtain a personal consultation with her. The booth attracted a large number of guests and became one of the key venues for live interaction also because visitors could paint in the style of Eastern art on special mats where water reveals itself like ink.

      Many guests noted that painting with water was an unexpected and therapeutic experience: the process slowed them down, calmed them and allowed them to feel like creators — even those who had never held a brush. Lines formed at the booth, and the phrase "you have the most soulful space" was heard from visitors again and again.

      "These three days were a true meeting of souls: warm, vibrant, sincere. I saw people coming for meaning, for support, for their true selves. And for me it is a great joy to be present in those moments: to speak, to listen, to support, to guide. Such spaces remind us that the inner journey is always more important than the endless race for achievements," shares Alyona Savyuk.

      PsyCoach Expo 2025 once again demonstrated strong audience interest in psychological help, inner practices and contemporary approaches to working with the unconscious.
