      I’m definitely a creature of habit. From shorts and skirts to dresses and jeans, I manage to wear some form of denim at least five days a week, which is feasible for me in Southern California, even during the coldest winter days. Recently, though, I’ve been challenging myself to broaden my wardrobe and temporarily move away from denim. Specifically, there are numerous stylish non-denim shorts options available right now. A colleague even dedicated an entire article to one of these trends: lace-trimmed satin shorts. Although they might resemble pajamas, they are simply too beautiful not to wear in public.
