      What to Consider in a DeodorantWhen shopping for deodorant, it’s essential to think beyond just the scent. As a facialist, I always suggest starting with your skin type. If you’re sensitive, seek out options that are fragrance-free or alcohol-free, featuring soothing ingredients like aloe vera or cooling gel textures. If you tend to sweat heavily, an antiperspirant with aluminium salts to block sweat glands might be beneficial, while those preferring a more natural alternative can consider formulas containing baking soda or magnesium, which are often aluminium-free deodorants. The texture and format also play a significant role. Gels, creams, balms, sticks, and sprays provide different application experiences, so it’s worth finding what feels best for you. Finally, think about your lifestyle. Long work hours, strenuous workouts, or frequent travel might require something with extended wear time or enhanced odour protection.
