Although it may still be technically summer, we're starting to notice a change in people's clothing as fall approaches, and Hailey Bieber exemplifies this perfectly. She recently donned a fantastic transitional outfit while attending a basketball game in L.A., featuring the shoe style she has favored all summer: flat flip-flops.
