Whenever I travel, I often struggle with outfit choices, particularly when I need to be somewhere right after landing. I’m not a fan of wearing sweatpants on the plane anymore, as they don't really help me get into the right mindset for a travel day. Recently, my new favorite travel outfit arrived, inspired by Greta Lee. For her arrival in Italy for the Venice Film Festival, Lee donned a stylish travel ensemble that exemplifies chic style in 2025: a blue striped button-down shirt, blue jeans, black heeled loafers, and a small tote bag, all from Dior’s S/S 26 runway collection.
The 2020s were characterized by sweatsuits and oversized silhouettes, with sweatpants being commonly worn while traveling and even during errands. However, the trend has shifted away from ultra-baggy styles, which I greatly appreciate. While sweatpants are perfectly acceptable for travel, this outfit strikes a balance between being relaxed and effortlessly stylish. Lee has mastered the blend of comfort and looking polished with this look.
