Breaking: Meghan Markle has just supported the combination of navy with this ultra-rich shoe color (it's neither black nor white).

      Nowadays, sightings of Meghan Markle are far less frequent than we'd prefer, so whenever she makes an appearance, it's a significant—huge—occasion. This week is our lucky one, as Markle was spotted presenting an award at Kevin Costner's annual Rock for First Responders One805LIVE! benefit concert in Carpinteria, California. Naturally, I immediately searched for details about her elegant early-fall ensemble. Spoiler alert: I found them. For the event, which she attended with Prince Harry, Markle wore a stylish navy-blue, sleeveless shirt dress with a tie belt. She paired it with one of her favorite sets of pumps, a cognac-brown leather heel from the Ralph Lauren Collection. (Specifically, they are the 75 mm version from the Tenney line, which also offers 35 mm and 95 mm sizes.) The outfit looked fabulous, mainly due to the fall color scheme Markle selected. The combination of cognac, brown, and navy blue works beautifully together.
