      Choosing the perfect outfit for a long journey can be quite challenging. While comfort is obviously a priority, I always strive to look polished as well. Luckily, these two goals can be met simultaneously. I recently encountered an excellent style example at Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris, where Emma Stone arrived for Paris Fashion Week. Was she in leggings? Sweatpants? Neither. Instead, the Oscar-winning actress opted for black drawstring pants, which not only provided comfort but also presented a more refined look upon her arrival. I have nothing against leggings—I enjoy wearing them too. However, dark drawstring pants tend to have a more sophisticated vibe for travel. This is because they resemble tailored trousers, particularly those made from wrinkle-resistant materials. Thus, wearing them makes it seem as if you’ve had a restful experience in first class, rather than suffering through a cramped middle seat near the lavatory. This is an effective travel outfit tip, and Stone exemplified it perfectly.
