Gap's Much-Awaited Sandy Liang Collection Has Arrived—Shop Now Before It Runs Out!
Sandy Liang's exclusive Gap collection has now launched, featuring her unique style on Gap's classic staples. Since founding her eponymous brand in 2014, the New York designer has garnered a devoted following thanks to her unique take on female nostalgia. She is now bringing that vibe to Gap with a collection that includes denim, hoodies, outerwear, and even pieces for children. "Growing up, Gap represented the height of fashion for me. It's amazing to collaborate with such an iconic brand that I cherished in my youth, which remains so relevant today," Liang expressed in a press release. "Sandy's Dream Closet captures the emotions I felt while wearing Gap as a child, dreaming of who I would become as an adult. I aimed to reinterpret the pieces that were meaningful to me as a kid through my contemporary perspective—celebrating girlhood in all its diversity while paying tribute to the classic styles that make Gap timeless."
The collection was launched this morning, and several items have already sold out. The fun assortment includes various denim pieces such as the Pleated Denim Mini Skirt, Vegan Fur Crop Denim Jacket, and Low Rise '90s Loose Carpenter Jeans, along with two logo hoodies: the Extra Heavyweight Logo Oversized Hoodie and the Heavyweight Bow Oversized Hoodie. Notable outerwear features include the Reversible Vegan Leather Sherpa Jacket, Vegan Fur Half-Zip Pullover, and Bow-Back Trench Coat. There are also adorable baby and toddler items. Judging by the excitement, one of our editors quickly messaged me about it, saying "COLLAB IS UP" and "RUN RUN RUN," and mentioned her purchases of the Sandy hoodie, star hoodie, deer fleece, pink poplin shirt, and khaki jeans.
The collection can be found online and in select Gap stores, such as The Grove, 2 Folsom, Flatiron, and Irvine Spectrum, as well as Liang's flagship store in New York City. Prices range from $15 to $268.
