Ideally, I'd go a step further and digitize my wardrobe into a spreadsheet or my Notes app, sorted by season. While this may seem odd to many, I've seen TikToks on the topic that help me feel less isolated. The concept of logging everything means that on those days when I'm uncertain about what to wear, I have a selection of outfits available all in one space. It also prevents me from having to sift through a multitude of items in my closet or trying on various options. In line with this, there’s one formula I always resort to every fall: a sweater (usually a turtleneck), a skirt, tights, knee-high boots, and a coat. I can’t recall ever wearing it without feeling good. It’s effortless, classic, and reliable.
