      I’ve just come back from a weekend in Paris, and while I could easily rhapsodize about the croissants and madeleines that transformed my experience, I returned with as much fashion inspiration as I did pastry-induced happiness—quite a bit, indeed. Each visit reminds me of the French flair for effortless elegance. It seems to effortlessly flow through the wardrobes of every Parisian woman, who has that enviable ability to appear polished without being overly ornate. Filled with styling ideas, I couldn’t help but notice one specific outfit combination everywhere I went—a three-piece look that I can't stop thinking about.

      From Le Marais to Montmartre, Parisian women were pairing cropped jackets with jeans and flats. It appears that the city’s most fashionable have set their trusted blazers aside in favor of cropped jackets.
