Eiza González Shares Her All-Time Favorite Red Carpet Outfits and Predicts the Top Jewelry Trend for the Holiday Season.

The festive time is a perfect opportunity to flaunt your most dazzling accessories, and as Cady Heron would say, there’s no one who can comment negatively about it. Given her position as brand ambassador for David Yurman, I suspect Eiza González will be the most adorned guest at any holiday gathering she attends in the upcoming weeks. I had the opportunity to speak with her about her latest campaign for the brand, and she was eager to express her admiration. “I’ve long been a fan of David Yurman’s designs,” González shared with Who What Wear. “I’ve gathered numerous pieces, and I appreciate that it’s a heritage brand. They’re also such a wonderful family. I love Sybil, David, and Evan. Being around their artistry is a joy. I dance with Sybil between takes and chat with David and Evan about art and film for hours. (Image credit: Courtesy of David Yurman) How would you characterize your personal style? How does jewelry integrate into your wardrobe? I’m a girl on the move, and my style is diverse. I dislike being confined to one look. I enjoy experimenting, much like I do with my career. I need and cherish versatile pieces. I believe almost every David Yurman piece transitions beautifully from day to night, which is ideal for the modern woman. I want to invest in something I can appreciate and wear frequently. When I’m in yoga pants, I can sport my charms or pile on the Cable Collection rings and bracelets. Alternatively, when I wear jeans and a white T-shirt, the jewelry enhances the cool-girl aesthetic. What’s your favorite red carpet outfit you’ve ever worn, and what makes it special? It’s tough to pick just one. I’d have to say the Mugler outfit I donned for Vogue World last month ranks high. The gold Gucci gown I wore at the 2025 Golden Globes [below] is also a favorite. I’m really into sci-fi-inspired ensembles, like the Gabriela Hearst outfit I wore at the SXSW premiere of my film Ash, but the standout for me is my Chanel outfit for the 3 Body Problem premiere in London.

That’s such a challenging question because each David Yurman piece is uniquely special, but I would choose the classic Sculpted Cable bracelet. It’s such an emblematic David Yurman design, and I love that it manages to feel both empowering and feminine. I can pair it with anything, and it always makes a bold statement. What’s your go-to outfit-and-jewelry pairing for a holiday party? The Starburst Collection. It’s so cheerful. It’s sexy and playful yet still edgy and makes a significant impact. I love how the earrings look; they give the impression that I’m adorned in stars. What’s your favorite holiday travel destination? During the holiday season, I enjoy heading to the mountains, wherever they might be, to snuggle up, indulge in food, and sip on hot chocolate. Growing up in Mexico City, I didn’t encounter snow until I was 18, so I always get a bit nostalgic during the holidays and aim to go where there’s snow.
