With Charli XCX's fall aesthetic seemingly endless, tall and stiff black boots with modest heels and pointed toes or platform bases have become an essential item in the wardrobe of cool girls. However, their dominance among fashion enthusiasts seems to be waning.
This doesn't imply that tall black boots have fallen out of favor; they are timeless! Nonetheless, slouchy boots are experiencing a resurgence just as TikTok is idealizing the twee hipster era when they were most popular.
