Spoiler alert: they were onto something—this collection is a game-changer for dry winter skin.

      I sample a lot of body care products, and while some have disappointed me, these have not. They not only leave your skin incredibly soft but also have a delightful fragrance. The scent is so lovely that you can forgo adding a separate fragrance if you enjoy a light, subtly sweet aroma.       Typically, I’m not fond of body moisturizers with heavy fragrances as they can be overwhelming. I also aim to maintain a cleaner routine in terms of ingredients, and high fragrance content isn't always ideal. However, this L'Occitane moisturizer hits the perfect note. Although it has a subtle almond scent, it’s not strong enough to irritate my skin. The level of hydration it provides is unparalleled. It’s silky, smooth, and extremely moisturizing right from the jar due to a generous amount of almond oil and almond milk sourced from Provence. I adore how it feels on my skin; the light, airy, almost whipped texture absorbs immediately after my shower, leaving my skin as smooth as a baby's bottom. Even though the sweet almond scent is light, it lingers a bit, which I enjoy. When my skin feels particularly dry, I like to combine this with the brand’s body oil for an extra boost of hydration.

      L'Occitane Smoothing and Firming Almond Supple Skin Body Oil

      This body oil is incredibly luxurious, smooth, and hydrating, making it suitable for use alone or alongside the brand’s body care for extra dry skin. Like the body cream, it is enriched with sweet almond oil, designed to firm, moisturize, and enhance the appearance of stretch marks. The scent is beautiful—a light almond fragrance with a touch of vanilla. This winter, I plan to exclusively use the cream and oil duo. For added effect, I pair it with a perfume that has almond notes, such as Dior's Hypnotic Poison ($98).

      L'Occitane Cleansing and Softening Refillable Shower Oil

      This was the product I was most eager to try from the collection—especially after hearing from Love Island: USA star Leah Kateb that she loves it, and we have similar tastes in body care. I had never used a shower oil before, and it turns out I’ve been missing out. I initially thought a shower oil worked like a dry oil used in the shower, but I learned that it functions more like a body wash rich in oils. Nonetheless, it is still an outstanding product, and I was amazed by how soft my skin felt after showering.
