I intended to purchase a brown coat, but then I came across this beautiful color trend that's favored by It girls, which made me rethink my choice.

      At this stage, there has been extensive discussion about the chocolate-brown trend for fall and winter, which we've certainly added to here at Who What Wear. It's a lovely color, so I understand the enthusiasm and will keep writing about and wearing it. In fact, I had my eye on a chocolate-brown wool coat, but I've realized that my collection of chocolate-brown pieces is becoming quite large. Maybe I should consider incorporating a different coat color into my winter wardrobe. An outfit worn by Jennifer Lawrence this week reinforced that idea. The coat Lawrence chose was a pale-yellow wool piece from The Row. Earlier this year, pale yellow (I refuse to call it butter yellow) was everywhere. Now that some time has passed, Lawrence has inspired me to embrace it again. It feels fresher and less predictable in winter than it did during summer. She styled it with a multicolored scarf, loose-fitting navy pants, a leopard-print bag, and oversized Dior sunglasses. Clearly, this coat color complements every other shade beautifully.
