Whenever I find myself repeatedly reaching for something, I can’t help but take notice. That’s precisely what transpired with my Bessette Shoulder Bag in Apple Red Crinkle from the Korean brand MargeSherwood. I first took it with me on a trip to London in October, and it complemented every outfit I wore. It’s the ideal bag for carrying my "phone, keys, wallet, lip liner, lip gloss," and I adore how the red provides a vibrant touch to any ensemble. I even brought it to an engagement party in November, where I received compliments on it. The glossy patent leather feels sophisticated, making it the perfect evening accessory. I discovered MargeSherwood last spring when I saw it in an unboxing video by influencer Izzy Woods. Shortly after, the brand started popping up everywhere in NYC, from The RealReal store to my Pilates class. Since then, it has become a staple for me. In addition to the Bessette, I actually own three more bags. The second most used style is the Grandma Used Bag, which I often select for work or whenever I need to carry my laptop. The Apple Red Crinkle color is currently out of stock, but other colors of the Bessette are still up for grabs. Below, you can shop for it along with more styles by MargeSherwood at Farfetch, Ssense, Revolve, and Nordstrom.
