My Favorite Shopping Items of 2025: 31 Products I Tested and Adored This Year
As the year draws to a close, a familiar trend begins in early December: Everyone starts to share their “Wrapped”—a recap of their most-listened-to music from the year. This got me reflecting on my own version of an annual review: the items I consistently reached for throughout 2025. For clothing, my focus was on the essentials that became true staples: the Geel Brynn Skirt, Swedish Stockings tights, Vagabond boots, Camper flats, Cou Cou Intimates pointelle basics, and my collection of cashmere sweaters. In beauty, the highlights were just as distinct—from Chanel Les Beiges foundation to Rōz’s serum and oil. I also discovered a few new favorites for my home this year: a Parachute pillow I've come to rely on, a twin-size blanket I keep on my Sundays Company Movie Night Sofa, and bedding from Studio Sutram. Below are 31 products I have genuinely loved since last January.
Clothing
The L.A. brand Geel has quickly become one of my top choices this year.
Swedish Stockings
Franka Check Tights
Argyle made an unexpected resurgence in fashion this year, and I couldn’t stop wearing these Swedish Stockings—now my favorite tights brand.
Vagabond
Blanca Tall Boots
These stylish knee-high boots elevate any outfit while keeping comfort in mind, thanks to their low heel.
BASERANGE
Pama 3/4 Tee Shirt
The Pama 3/4 Tee from Baserange offers a fresh twist on the classic cotton T-shirt.
Cou Cou Intimates
The Midi Slip Dress
This summer, The Midi Slip Dress from Cou Cou Intimates was among my most frequently worn garments.
Cou Cou Intimates
The Iris Slip
I also wore this effortless cotton voile slip often.
I never expected to receive so many compliments on a pair of black flats, but this exceptionally comfortable pair from Camper proved otherwise.
Charlie Beads
The 90s Bias Skirt White
I look forward to warmer days to wear the 90s Bias Skirt White from Charlie Beads again, and I'm eager to add more of their pieces to my wardrobe.
Belkys Studio
Genevieve Skirt
This asymmetrical midi skirt from Belkys features topstitching details that add a unique touch.
Los Angeles Apparel
Jelly Flats
Interestingly, I was the second-ever customer at the new Los Angeles Apparel in Soho. I rushed in to grab these Jelly Flats before a beach trip to Jamaica, and they turned out to be an excellent choice. I even continued to wear them into the fall paired with tights.
Anyone who knows me is aware that I typically shy away from jeans, but this pair might just change that.
For a time, I feared I would never wear anything but my J.Crew Rollneck again. I was literally unable to take it off for four days straight. I can think of at least four editors who also own it—we once had a call where three of us showed up in the same sweater. I just found out it’s also available for monogramming now.
Falconeri
Ultrasoft Cashmere Crewneck Sweater with Set-in Sleeves
Cashmere sweaters are a winter essential for me in New York, and I've been particularly fond of this one from Falconeri.
Aritzia
Essential Cashmere Relaxed Boatneck Sweater
I received this Essential Cashmere Relaxed Boatneck Sweater as a gift, and I adore its flattering boatneck design—I might get it in black too.
Beauty
Erewhon
Antibacterial Hand Sanitizer Spray
Can you believe I visited two different Erewhons to find this the last time I was in L.A.? My best friend recommended it to me, and I was determined to get a bottle for myself—she always picks up several when she’s there for work. I know it sounds absurd (the people I was with kept asking, “Why do you want this hand sanitizer so much?”), but I'm very selective about what I use on my hands. I can’t stand anything that feels sticky. I love the scent, with hints of eucalyptus, clove, and cinnamon.
CHANEL
Les Beiges Healthy Glow Foundation Hydration and Longwear
Although I hadn’t owned a proper foundation in years—being more of a skin-tint user—I finally found one I can’t stop wearing: Chanel Les Beiges Healthy Glow Foundation Hydration and Longwear. It passes the “I can barely tell I’m wearing it” test and is noncomedogenic.
CHANEL
Le Crayon Lèvres Longwear Lip Pencil in 162 Nude Brun
If you’re following the Nina Park lip-combo discussions on TikTok, this is the lip liner everyone claims she uses on her celebrity clients.
Charlotte Tilbury
Lip Cheat Lip Liner in Pillow Talk Medium
