Who What Wear UK Social Giveaway: Terms and Conditions
WHO WHAT WEAR x ANTLER SUITCASES GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The Who What Wear x Antler prize draw (“Promotion”) is organized and conducted by Future Publishing Limited, trading as WHO WHAT WEAR, incorporated in England and Wales under company number 02008885, with a registered office at Quay House, The Ambury, Bath, BA1 1UA (“Promoter”).
2. This Promotion is governed by the following terms and conditions. By participating, entrants accept these terms and conditions. The Promoter retains the right to deny entry or withhold a prize from anyone violating these terms and conditions.
3. The Promotion is available to residents of the UK, France, Denmark, and the Netherlands who are at least eighteen (18) years old, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, and anyone involved with the administration of this Promotion.
4. This Promotion will commence on Monday, January 19, 2026, and will end at 11:59 PM on January 25, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
5. The Promotion consists of one (1) prize draw for a set of Antler Icon Stripe Cases. A giveaway announcement will be made by or on behalf of the Promoter on its social media channels (each a “Platform” @whowhatwear.uk & @antlerofficial) on January 19, 2026.
6. The Prize Draw is free to enter, and entrants will be entered upon fulfilling the Promoter’s entry requirements during the designated Entry Period (detailed in Schedule 1) as follows:
6.1. If entering via Instagram: (i) follow @whowhatwear.uk and @antlerofficial on Instagram and complete the following on the Post: (ii) like; (iii) tag at least one friend aged eighteen (18) years or older in the comments. Each comment counts as an entry, and entrants can gain an additional entry by resharing the post on their Instagram story.
7. Entrants may submit unlimited entries across each Platform for the Prize Draw by redoing the requirements (iii) of section 6. Only entries made during the specified Entry Period will be accepted.
8. One prize winner (“Prize Winner”) will be randomly selected from valid entrants by a computer process within three (3) days after the end of the Entry Period.
9. Prize Winners will be informed via a direct message from the Promoter’s official @whowhatwear.uk account within the timeframe outlined in section 8, regarding their prize.
10. Prize Winners must claim their Prize within thirty (30) days of notification. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the Prize, and the Promoter may choose to re-award it under such circumstances.
12. The Promoter may require that a Prize Winner provide satisfactory proof of their identity, age, and/or residence to ensure eligibility for the Prize Draw.
13. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be provided.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a Prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if unforeseen circumstances necessitate such a change.
15. The Promoter can adjust, postpone, void, cancel, or suspend the Promotion as necessary. Any alterations to a Prize or these terms will be published on https://www.whowhatwear.com/uk.
16. Entries from agents, third parties, organized groups, or automated computer-generated applications will not be accepted. Incomplete or corrupted entries are also disqualified. Entries made outside the Promotion Period or not in accordance with these terms will be rejected.
17. The Promoter must either publish or disclose information confirming that a valid award occurred. To fulfill this requirement, the Promoter will provide the surname and county of the Prize Winner and, if applicable, copies of their winning entry, to anyone who emails [megan.storey@futurenet.com] or sends a letter to Future Publishing Limited at Quay House, The Ambury, Bath, BA1 1UA (including a self-addressed envelope) within one month post-Promotion Period. If you wish to object to the publication of your surname, county, and winning entry, please contact the Promoter at [megan.storey@futurenet.com]. Nevertheless, the Promoter must supply this information to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested.
18. Personal data provided during this Prize Draw will be processed in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy. See also section 17 regarding Prize Winner announcements.
19. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, and/or distributors will not be held responsible for compensating a Prize Winner or accepting any liability for loss, damage, personal injury, or death resulting from the use of
