      With Valentine's Day approaching, this shade is a clear favorite. "Blood reds are everywhere this season due to their bold, glossy finish that feels unapologetically striking," Mercedes states. "Deeper and more dimensional than a true red, this color offers a darker, more seductive interpretation of Valentine's Day beauty."

Mercedes notes that discovering this in-between hue feels both romantic and playful without being overly sweet.
