In the modern world, rest is increasingly associated not with noisy resorts, but with the opportunity to stop. This idea is the foundation of the country complex The Les, located in the picturesque Dmitrovsky district of the Moscow region.
Here, there is no urban hustle, endless streams of cars, or rush. Forest trails, large water bodies, the fire of a campfire, and complete relaxation create the feeling that you have stepped out of the usual rhythm of the metropolis for a few days.
The Les is an intimate space where every detail is thoughtfully designed. The territory features eight cozy houses: four stylish A-frames with panoramic views of the pond and four Happy House format homes located a bit deeper within the complex. This format allows for the preservation of a secluded atmosphere while simultaneously creating the feeling of a small closed club for connoisseurs of country aesthetics.
Each house has its own barbecue area and a place to relax. In the evening, it is especially beautiful here: the fire, the soft glow of garlands, the reflection of water, and the silence that has become a rarity in the city.
The common space of the complex brings guests together while maintaining an atmosphere of tranquility. The territory includes a cozy tent for meetings and events, as well as two year-round gazebos where one can spend time at any time of the year.
A special place in the philosophy of relaxation is occupied by the bathhouse. The Les has two — authentic Russian baths, built in Karelia using a special technology. Natural wood, soft steam, and the aroma of conifers create a feeling of deep reboot, where the body relaxes, and thoughts finally slow down.
After the bathing procedures, guests can head to the indoor pool with a comfortable water temperature — the perfect continuation of a leisurely rest.
Nature here is not just a backdrop, but a full-fledged part of the atmosphere. The complex features a pond where you can swim in warm weather, which transforms into an ice rink in winter, and you can also dip into a plunge pool next to the bathhouse. Nearby, there is a forest trail, perfect for leisurely walks. In winter, the forest itself turns into a space for winter fun — you can go tubing, creating that cozy country weekend atmosphere familiar to many from childhood.
The Les is especially loved by those seeking a balance between comfort and nature. Couples come here for romantic weekends, families with children for a peaceful retreat, and groups of friends for atmospheric evenings by the campfire. The space often becomes a venue for retreats: practices, meditations, and yoga take place here, as the atmosphere itself encourages inner silence.
The founder of the complex is Sergey Alexandrovich Letrih, a musician and author of songs. His creative energy and love for the aesthetics of tranquility largely defined the character of the project. The Les was conceived as a place where a person can restore their inner balance and once again feel the simple joy of life.
The project continues to develop, and in the future, guests can expect new spaces and leisure formats. However, the key value of the complex will remain the same — to create a place for tranquility, rebooting, and inner balance.
