On February 24, a closed cultural evening was held in the space of the Russian Billiards House and the "Moscow" club-restaurant, supported by SAM Agency, gathering representatives from the film industry, theater, and business community.
The building of the former "Svoboda" factory club, carefully restored in 2025, is now experiencing a new chapter in its history. This summer, the House of Russian Billiards opened here—a large sports and cultural complex covering 4000 m², which has already become a new point of attraction on the capital's map.
The evening's program combined three forms of precision—word, cinematic language, and movement. The literary part of the program was presented by Denis Shvedov: the actor read several works in the format of live, intimate reading.
The film portion of the evening took place under the auspices of the online platform START. Guests were shown two short films, and after the screenings, there was a live dialogue with the directors of the films. The first was "FakAp"—an ironic comedy by director and actress Alexandra Rozovskaya, warmly reminding us of the importance of maintaining a sense of humor even in the most unexpected circumstances.
Gosha Kutsenko, Lyubov Aksyonova, Agrippina Steklova, and other well-known actors created a real "bingo" on screen from absurd and painfully familiar situations that every visitor to a clinic has encountered at least once.
The audience was also presented with the short film "Pharmacy of Happiness" by Oksana Mikheeva—a screen adaptation of the humorous poem by Eduard Asadov. This ironic story about a future without diseases, where people come to the pharmacy for "vitamins against lies" and "anti-scandal vaccine," brought together a bright star cast on screen: Denis Kosiakov, Dima Bilan, Nadezhda Mikhalkova, Agata Muceniece, Konstantin Kryukov, Valdis Pelsh, and others.
The evening concluded with a master class on Russian billiards from the reigning champion of Russia, holder of the Kremlin Cup, and head of the billiard club Dmitry Petropavlovsky, seamlessly continuing the idea of the event—precision as an art—whether it be text, frame, or shot at the ball.
The partners of the event included the online platform START, Yandex.Books, the hotel complexes "Yamskaya Sloboda" and Zavidovo SPA Village at the Zavidovo resort, the "Cherkizovo" group, and the construction company ARHIVUD.
Among the guests were Mikhail Pipiya, Artyom Sorokin, Olga Smirnova, Nil Kropalov, Mark Rozovsky, Ruslan Gromov, Kristina Aivazovskaya, Igor Skripko, Alyona Nega, and many others.
The cultural event within the walls of the masterpiece by architect Melnikov confirmed that the House of Russian Billiards is becoming not only a venue for play but also a space for professional dialogue, art, and new meetings.

ECO LARES. Family brand of non-pile carpetsThere are things we notice right away. Pictures on the walls. A sofa of unusual shape. A lamp from a designer catalog.
