On March 28 in St. Petersburg, at the legendary bard club "The Capercaillie's Nest," a significant event took place for pop-rock fans – the author of the legendary hit "I Will Stay," musician and singer Valery Stronsky, presented his solo program to the public for the first time. The evening, filled with sincere lyrics and live sound, was a true gift for those who appreciate meaningful music.
For the artist, this concert was an important step in his journey of self-expression – the program consisted of 15 tracks, paying attention to Valery's compositional legacy. Fans traveled to Stronsky's concert from various cities in Russia, actively singing along and dancing to the infectious rhythms. The audience particularly enjoyed the song "Behind the Rains," which will soon be released, as it perfectly fit the atmosphere of St. Petersburg and its weather surprises.
"This concert was special for me. The format of intimate, live communication with the audience is true magic. The energy in the hall was so powerful and creative that I could physically feel it fueling me. We sang together, so I left the stage completely recharged and happy. The new arrangement of the famous composition "I Will Stay" received a special response from the audience. This song, written by Valery, became the soundtrack to the cult film "Day Watch" and was nominated by MTV in 2006 as "Best Soundtrack of the Year," long becoming the hallmark of the band "City 312."
