After closely monitoring this year's haircut trends, it's clear that many are opting for shorter styles right now. I predict that the elfin bob will become a key hairstyle in salons as a leading spring hair trend this year.

      What is the Elfin Bob?

      I first noticed it in Gracie Abrams' hairstyle at the BAFTAs. It's not exactly a pixie cut, nor is it a traditional bob. The elfin bob combines elements from both, featuring the playful silhouette of a pixie with the longer length of a cropped bob that can be tucked behind the ears.
