The Most Stunning Orange-Carpet Outfits at the 2026 WNBA Draft

In the realm of women's basketball, draft night stands out as one of the most thrilling events of the year. It serves as the unofficial kickoff for the WNBA season, something many of us have eagerly anticipated (or, in my case, rather impatiently) for months. Luckily, the 2026 rookie class exceeded expectations, providing a memorable draft night, not just due to the teams they've joined or their impressive talent, but also for their stunning appearances on the iconic orange carpet.

What I appreciate most about WNBA fashion is its uniqueness. Nowadays, very few individuals on awards show red carpets genuinely showcase their true personal style. However, on the orange carpet, W players freely express themselves, seizing every opportunity to showcase their fashion sense off the court. This has led to an increasing number of brands eager to dress these athletes for their most significant events. For example, Coach created outfits for five of this year's top draft picks, including Lauren Betts, Kiki Rice, and Gabriela Jaquez from the 2026 National Championship-winning UCLA Bruins, as well as Raven Johnson from the University of South Carolina and the fan-favorite Azzi Fudd from the University of Connecticut. Others opted for Marni, Alexander McQueen, and Siedrés.

Essentially, the WNBA tunnel introduced its own class of 2026, and personally, I am eager to see their debut when the season begins in May. For now, scroll down to view the standout looks from the 2026 WNBA Draft.
