Directly from Switzerland: The 16 New Timepieces That Fashion Enthusiasts Are Excited About.

Watches and Wonders truly fulfilled the latter part of its name this year. The annual event in Geneva, Switzerland, gathers the watch industry's most prominent figures to showcase their most extraordinary and high-quality innovations. Last year, I attended the event in person, allowing me to try on the latest timepieces from Chopard, Cartier, TAG Heuer, Piaget, and others. Few can claim they wore a piece before it appeared on the Met Gala steps, but I experienced just that with a new Cartier Panthère design I tried on at Watches and Wonders in 2025, which debuted on Jon Batiste a month later on the renowned red carpet. Although I couldn't make it to Switzerland this year, I meticulously reviewed every press release from A(udemars Piguet) to Z(enith) to compile my favorites for this article. Which watch will Chopard ambassador Bella Hadid wear first? Only time will reveal that. Continue reading to discover my top picks from this year's event.

      Chopard

(Image credit: Chopard) This stunning new watch from Chopard's Precious Lace collection features a full set of sapphires and diamonds, crafted with faceted sapphire glass and over 1000 precious stones.

(Image credit: Chopard) Among Chopard's four new L’Heure du Diamant designs introduced at Watches and Wonders this year, I favor the version with an onyx dial, an 18k ethical white gold bezel adorned with brilliant-cut diamonds, and a black leather strap.

      Cartier

(Image credit: Cartier) Making a grand return at Cartier, the Roadster, originally launched in 2002, is inspired by automobile design ergonomics. The updated version is available in medium and large sizes and three materials: steel, yellow gold, and a combination of both, as shown above.

(Image credit: Cartier) The new Myst de Cartier watch "draws inspiration from the jewelry watches crafted under Jeanne Toussaint's guidance in the early 1930s—pieces that were both sculptural and extravagant," according to Pierre Rainero, Cartier's Director of Image, Style, and Heritage.

      Bulgari

(Image credit: Bulgari) Bulgari made a significant impression at Watches and Wonders 2025 with the introduction of its new Serpenti Aeterna watch. In 2026, the brand has enhanced the silhouette with a vibrant assortment of diamonds, amethyst, topaz, emerald, citrine, pink sapphire, tanzanite, pink tourmaline, aquamarine, blue sapphire, peridot, and more.

(Image credit: Bulgari) Additionally, Bulgari unveiled a limited-edition Serpenti Tubogas Studs Capsule featuring four variations of studded watches with dials made of mother of pearl, carnelian, sodalite, and malachite. "Pyramidal facets accentuate the curves, transforming the bracelet into a sculptural piece," the brand explains.

      Piaget

(Image credit: Piaget) Debuting in 2025, the Piaget Sixtie is now available for the first time with a blue quartz dial, an 18K rose gold case, and a navy blue leather strap.

(Image credit: Piaget) At Watches and Wonders this year, Piaget also presented a remarkable high jewelry cuff watch crafted from 18K rose gold, set with verdite and chrysoprase, accompanied by a gold bracelet.

      Van Cleef & Arpels

(Image credit: Van Cleef & Arpels) Drawing inspiration from a 1949 design, the new Ludo Secret watch features 185 sapphires, an 18k yellow gold bracelet, and a guilloché white mother-of-pearl dial.

(Image credit: Van Cleef & Arpels) The standout feature of the new 23mm Van Cleef & Arpels Perlée watch is the guilloché blue aventurine glass dial, designed to reflect "the infinite depths of the cosmos."

      TAG Heuer

(Image credit: TAG Heuer) The new TAG Heuer Monaco Evergraph, shown above, replaces conventional levers and springs with flexible components. "This innovation provides a chronograph experience that is both highly precise and remarkably consistent over time," the brand states.

(Image credit: TAG Heuer) Inspired by a model from 1969, the updated TAG Heuer Monaco Chronograph "features sharper lines, fluid proportions, and enhanced ergonomics for optimal comfort on the wrist."

      Chanel

(Image credit: Chanel) Chanel's iconic camellia is reinterpreted in snow-set diamonds with black lacquer accents. The leather strap is cleverly designed to resemble a bow made from grosgrain ribbon.

(Image credit: Chanel) Chanel's inaugural watch design, the Première, launched in 1987, has been updated for 2026, now featuring 271 brilliant-cut diamonds and an 18k white gold case, caseback, crown, and dial.
