Jennifer Lawrence embodies the essence of the millennial generation, and as a fellow millennial, I feel qualified to make that statement. While I could enumerate the numerous reasons why she represents this generation, let's focus on her style—more specifically, one of her casual outfits spotted recently in NYC. Although I no longer reside in NYC, I visit frequently, and each time, I notice stylish millennials wearing the outfit trend that Lawrence donned on this occasion: a boxy white T-shirt, black pull-on pants (hers were satin, by the way), black flats, and a baseball cap (which usually features a logo). We millennials are fond of boxy tees coupled with comfortable yet polished trousers. If I had a dollar for every Polo Ralph Lauren baseball cap I see them sporting, I'd be able to add a few more to my already substantial collection.
