I visited a Chanel Beauty store where I found the Ultra Le Teint Le Correcteur. It's definitely an investment, but it has proven effective and has become a staple in my daily routine. The waterproof concealer provides medium to full coverage that feels incredibly lightweight (not cakey at all). It helped conceal my blemish (perfect skin tone match), but I now use it daily for targeting general redness and dark spots, as well as brightening my under-eyes.
