There are book launch parties, and then there are Valentino book launch parties. If you thought the latter would be considerably more stylish, you'd be right. Last night in Los Angeles, the renowned Italian fashion house attracted an exceptionally well-dressed crowd to celebrate the unveiling of a special book titled Specula Mundi. This photography book, featuring hundreds of images by Mark Borthwick, celebrates Alessandro Michele's spring/summer 2026 couture collection of the same name. "Created as a limited-edition collector’s item, the book captures Michele’s couture vision through a series of intimate, poetic images, providing a fresh perspective on the show," Valentino stated in a press release. Starting May 11, the book will be available solely in select Valentino boutiques globally. With only 1,500 copies being printed, securing a copy may take some effort. However, these stylish celebrity outfit photos from the event will only require a few minutes of your attention.
