The "Children's Blogging Laboratory" took place in Moscow, where the Charter of Creative Blogging was signed.

On May 12, an educational seminar titled "Children's Blogging Laboratory" was held at the National Center "Russia," organized by the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization "Institute for Supporting Children's Blogging" with the support of the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization "Media Practice."

The event was attended by young bloggers, their parents, representatives from the government, the media sphere, digital platforms, and creative industries. The total number of subscribers among the bloggers present in the hall amounted to 157 million people.

The main theme of the seminar was the creation of positively oriented content for Zoomers and Generation Alpha. During the event, experts discussed the role of children's blogging in shaping cultural and social agendas, issues of media literacy, digital safety, and support for young authors.

Natalia Popova, the First Deputy General Director of the company "Innopraktika," noted that many Alpha generation bloggers gathered in the hall: "You know your audience well, you communicate with them every day. The value of such sessions in the exchange of knowledge is what you will take away and what we can create together. We are ready to help you. You are a very smart generation and have already achieved a lot. In a couple of decades, you will be defining the economy and politics of the country. The next generation, Generation Beta, is already following you; they look up to you and learn from you. It is important that they learn the right values."

Andrey Serov, the First Vice President of Gazprombank, a partner of the "TopFest" project, noted the very energetic dynamics of the development of the Institute for Supporting Children's Blogging and expressed confidence that the initiatives of the company "Innopraktika" in this area will soon have a systemic impact on promoting important values among the target audience.

Natalia Lokteva, the Director of the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization "Institute for Supporting Children's Blogging," reported that the total number of subscribers among the bloggers present in the hall is 157 million. She also shared the plans and projects of the Institute: "At the Institute for Supporting Children's Blogging, we do not produce bloggers; we produce events with their participation. With the support of the PFCI, we will create 28 new songs by young bloggers this year. On June 12, Russia Day, a large-scale festival 'TopFest' will take place at Luzhniki with their participation, which will then go on tour to 12 cities across our country. Thanks to the support of the IRI, filming of the reality show 'Prince and Pauper' will start this summer. We support positively directed content and work to help you develop your projects."

The overall tone of the conversation in the first session titled "Country" was set by Alexey Zharich, Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation for Public Projects. He emphasized the importance of blogger content during times of digital transformation and how crucial it is not to lose one's identity: "Today, being Russian is fashionable and cool! Many trends are emerging from Russia. Bloggers often originate and support these trends. Therefore, the country values your support and your content. We are ready to listen to you and help you."

This topic was further developed by Alexey Goreslavsky, General Director of the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization "Institute for Internet Development" (IRI): "According to recent studies, teenagers spend up to nine hours a day online. They watch blogger content, educational videos, neuro-videos, and play games. We understand how important it is to create the right projects for children and youth. But it's one thing when adults create content for them, and quite another when teenagers themselves do. In September, the Institute for Internet Development will launch a children's content competition in the 'blogosphere' category, where children and teenagers can participate with their projects. You create content that your peers watch, and you understand your audience better than anyone. We at IRI are ready to support your projects."

Special attention was given to issues of cultural identity, media education, and values in the digital environment. On this topic, Alexander Zhuravsky, Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation for Public Projects, communicated with the young bloggers.

The head of the Zoomer editorial team at VKontakte, Gala Gagarinskaya, shared an interesting observation about trends: "A lot has changed this year. If before bloggers were searching for themselves in digital chaos, this year the trend is a return to their true selves. We at VK conducted a large study and highlighted the trends that are gaining strength this year: the reinvention of the past, the Asian wave, Russianness, and mental health."

Young bloggers greeted Vlad Kobyakov, the headliner of the "TopFest" festival, blogger, and now also an actor, with great enthusiasm. The Laboratory showcased the trailer for the film "Unpacking," in which Vlad played the lead role. The film will be released on June 25.

The topic of bloggers in cinema was continued by Andrey Lipov, the general producer of the company "Kinotsekh": "We are purposefully working with bloggers. We give small roles to beginner and child bloggers so they can get used to the filming regime. The comedy 'Home Alone' with Milana Khametova has become a full-fledged franchise. The first film grossed 220 million, the second — 340 million, the third film will be released on May 21, and we predict a box office of 500 million. We plan to shoot the fourth film in partnership with the Institute for Supporting Children's Blogging and will soon announce casting among bloggers for the lead roles in this and the next films."

Also, the guests of the Children's Blogging Laboratory heard from Igor Khomskiy, Director of Development at ON Media, copyright expert Elena Grin, media manager Nikolai Krupatin, competitive intelligence expert Andrey Masalovich "CyberDed," multiple record holder in Russia, parachutist, and base jumper Sergey Boytsov.

One of the most dynamic moments of the event was the Musical Lotto, conducted by the project leader "Razgon," Anna Dunaeva, where the kids discussed current musical tracks. The most active participants in the discussion, Danya Hype, Lisa Lokteva, and Ksenia Ignatova, earned a certificate for the production of their song and music video by the Institute for Supporting Children's Blogging.

The culmination of the Laboratory was the signing of the Charter of Creative Blogging by those present—a document dedicated to the principles of responsible, safe, and meaningful conduct of digital projects.

At the end of the event, Natalia Lokteva, Director of the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization "Institute for Supporting Children's Blogging," thanked those gathered and the experts and invited them to the biggest event of the year for Generation Alpha—the "TopFest" festival, which will take place on June 12 at the Luzhniki Grand Sports Arena in Moscow.

"I am glad to see here those who are already influencing the children's and youth media environment," noted Natalia Vasilievna. "Today, a blogger for a child is not just a person on the phone, but an example, a voice, and a guide. This is a huge influence, and it is important to handle it responsibly.

Children, especially those younger, look up to you. They repeat your jokes, your intonations, your reactions, and your conflicts. Let's create a trend for kindness and friendship. Even algorithms read this better when you support each other in releases. Hate and bullying, both in life and on social networks, are destructive and will definitely come back like a boomerang.

Competition in blogging is normal; it drives growth, but bullying does not make anyone stronger. Much more important is the synergy between bloggers. When you support each other, new formats, new songs, new projects, and a healthy environment emerge, where children want to be.

I am genuinely pleased that a trend for Russianness is developing among the youth. It is very important that you show your audience a Russia that is alive, modern, beautiful, and strong. Your viewers should see what a great country we have."
