I just returned, somewhat reluctantly, from my fourth visit to my second-favorite city in the world (New York City will always hold a special place in my heart), and this was the first time I witnessed its beauty in the spring. I am accustomed to winter dressing in Paris—layering up with Uniqlo Heattech, long wool coats, and outfits that often remained hidden beneath. Practicality has consistently taken precedence over style.

However, this trip was different. The city was beginning to awaken to spring, and I found myself dressing for leisurely mornings, café visits, and picturesque walks along the Seine during golden hour. Picture coquette tops, coordinated sets, and romantic silhouettes. Finally, I was able to embrace the full spectrum of French fashion, as chilly weather could not deter locals and visitors from showcasing their style—myself included.

It's safe to say I really went all out. Scroll down to see everything I wore during my recent Paris trip.

      **Day 1**

On the first day of my journey, I arrived in Paris at 6 a.m. and, despite being incredibly jet-lagged, there was no time to waste. Staying in my favorite neighborhood, Le Marais, meant it became a shopping day by default. Although the skies were blue and sunshine-filled, the wind was fierce, making this outfit an excellent choice. When I envision Parisian style, I think of simplicity and elegance, but New Yorkers have a distinct edge that makes our fashion feel different. The centerpiece of my outfit was a double-button Fancì Club jacket, around which I styled my go-to straight-leg blue-wash Uniqlo x JW Anderson jeans. When it came to accessories, I had the most fun. Sticking mainly to neutrals allowed me to add an unexpected twist. My leather patchwork Coachtopia bag proved to be the perfect quirky accent that tied the entire look together. Lastly, I opted for my Maison Margiela Tabis because when in Paris. They took some time to break in, but now they are surprisingly comfortable and capable of handling thousands of steps in a day.

      **Day 2**

Believe it or not, I don’t typically wear much color, but Paris felt like the ideal opportunity to change that. I had been eager to wear my pink suede blazer from The Toé. If you know me well, you’re aware I have a fondness for the pink-and-red color scheme, which was precisely the vibe I aimed for in this outfit—though with a more subdued approach. I kept the foundation classic with a white T-shirt and jeans, then accessorized with maroon-hued pieces from two iconic Parisian labels: a Gerard Darel handbag and Veja x Baserange sneakers.

      **Day 3**

On days three and four, I took a quick trip to Bordeaux—famous for wine and canelés. Situated in the southwest of France, Bordeaux was significantly warmer than Paris, allowing me to wear my red two-piece set by Tyler McGillivary. If you haven’t yet visited Bordeaux, I highly recommend it. There are plenty of sights and activities, and it’s just a two-hour train ride away. It’s always refreshing to explore other French cities outside of Paris.

That evening, our group dined at Symbiose, a charming, intimate restaurant in Bordeaux, and naturally, I felt the need to dress up for the occasion. Initially, I thought this floor-length, drop-waist dress might be too formal for the restaurant, but when in Bordeaux… Of course, I brought along my vintage Bally mini bag, the perfect accessory for a night out.

      **Day 4**

On my final day in Bordeaux, I visited Darwin Ecosystem, a collaborative hub filled with cafés, shops, and small businesses that emphasize sustainable development and creativity. Since it was unusually warm, I opted for a spring dress from Maeve (Anthropologie’s younger brand) paired with classic black ballet flats from Dolce Vita. Polka dots are always a timeless choice in my book.

      **Day 5**

On my last day in Paris, I decided to have a relaxed day for myself. For one final experience in Le Marais, I chose a double-breasted peplum top from Niihai and my reliable straight-leg Uniqlo jeans. No bag was needed—just my Gerard Darel phone crossbody.
