SMSTRETCHING and MOSCOW SPORT HELD TWO LARGE-SCALE STADIUM TRAININGS AT "LUZHNIKI"
On May 30, at the Luzhniki Stadium, the boutique stretching and fitness studio network SMSTRETCHING, in collaboration with Moscow Sports, held the 10th anniversary stadium training session. The event took place as part of the city celebration "Moscow Sports Day" and gathered thousands of participants, as well as celebrity guests.
The training sessions were led by the founder of SMSTRETCHING and world-class gymnast Samira Mustafaeva. Alongside Samira, two popular Russian artists, Yulianna Karaulova and Valeria, conducted two training sessions. Participants of the first training session learned the barre program – a combination of ballet moves and strength elements, while participants of the second training session practiced stretching.
"We have been collaborating with Moscow Sports for a long time and strive to surprise every year. The 10th training session at Luzhniki is a symbol of the project's development and its help to thousands of women in becoming stronger and more confident. Seeing a full stadium of people stretching in sync and smiling is our main pride and reward," shared Samira Mustafaeva.
The total number of participants in the two training sessions exceeded 4,000 people!
The tradition of summer training sessions in Luzhniki has been ongoing for several years now, and judging by the scale of the event, this tradition – the opening of the summer season with a training session at Luzhniki by SMSTRETCHING – is here to stay.
SMSTRETCHING is a network of boutique stretching and fitness studios founded by gymnast Samira Mustafaeva and entrepreneur Nikolai Kondratyuk. The brand has nine studios in Moscow, as well as studios in St. Petersburg, Krasnodar, and Tashkent.
